• The funnel of the ship has been extended by 3000 mm at height and 700 mm at breadth (PORT & STBD). It also extended by 6 meters forward of the ship. The part of the new funnel extension has been prefabricated out of Aluminum Alloy (H111-5083) in the factory.
• Removal of all the old exhaust ducts of the main engine’s pieces 4 and removal of all old exhaust ducts of generator engines pieces 3.
• Construction and installation of new main engine exhaust ducts made of 6mm & 8mm Corten steel Plates – A 588 material as well as the exhaust ducts of the generator engines.
• Installation of new systems of exhaust gas ducts called SCRUBBER for the main engines and generator engines in total installation of 7 pieces (fabrication in the factory and subsequent installation on the ship).
